Mia

Mia arrived at the shelter in a very difficult condition. She was extremely thin, and her back legs were so weak that she could barely walk properly.

For the past six months, Mia has been living in a foster home, recovering and fighting for the life she deserves. She has already been through several surgeries on one of her legs, and soon she will need surgery on the other.

Through all of this, Mia has shown us just how much she wants to live. She wants to enjoy life, to explore, to play and, most of all, to run. ❤️

Once her treatment and recovery are finally behind her, Mia will need something she has been waiting for all this time — a home of her own.

A home where she can finally just be a dog. Where she can run happily, enjoy her walks, play with other dogs and leave all those surgeries, vet visits and difficult days in the past.

Mia has already fought so hard for her future. Now we hope that somewhere out there is a family ready to become part of it.
