Ginger

Medium (10-25 kg) size

male

Pointer mixed

~4 years old

Ginger was found completely alone. At first, he was very reluctant to come out of his kennel, unsure and a bit scared of everything around him. But the moment he saw volunteers, his tail would never stop wagging.

He was shy with other dogs in the beginning, but for him, people are his whole world. His happiness was impossible to miss — he wagged his tail so hard it would loudly tap against the kennel like a little drum. It was both funny and heartbreaking at the same time.

Ginger would press himself as close as possible to the bars, just to be petted, and wouldn’t move away until you stopped. All he wanted was human touch and affection.

Now, he has started to open up. He’s becoming more confident and has even begun to play with other dogs. But deep down, he is still a very people-oriented boy who simply loves being close to his humans.

Ginger is full of love and just waiting for someone to share it with 💛
